Today, we have one of the industry's most talented groups of leaders comprising our Executive Management Group. Our advisors play a key role in helping us determine the objectives we must set and the path we must take. We are building Assante through close collaboration and communication with our advisors right across Canada. Since November 2003, we have asked our advisors to give us their feedback and share their ideas so that we, their Executive Management Group, develop the right strategies to heighten the level of professionalism and improve the quality of service and support they receive from our dealership and asset management company.
