ROLE OUTLINE:

Provide part-time administrative assistance to the Financial Advisor/Branch owner.  The position requires the person to work independently and proactively, and exercises a significant degree of detail and initiative to support ongoing clients and prospect requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Filing, maintaining compliance logs, current marketing, prospectus and annual report inventories.
  • Professionally answer incoming calls and direct appropriately.
  • Assist in the preparation of client meeting packages.
  • Prepare courier packages and way bills.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS:

Experience

  • 3 plus years of progressively responsible administrative experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience in Microsoft Office software, Windows.
