Assante Asset Management Ltd. has changed its name to United Financial Corporation

We would like to inform you that Assante Asset Management Ltd. has changed its name to United Financial Corporation. This name change is not the result of a change in management or a change in ownership. It is simply a name change that was made to help you distinguish between communications from your advisor and communications from the asset management company.

For example, many clients were confused as to why they were getting two sets of quarterly statements from Assante. Now you will see that one set is from the asset management company, United Financial Corporation (formerly Assante Asset Management), and one set is from your advisor.

Please be assured that the name change in no way affects your investments, your relationship with your advisor, or your relationship to us. The only change you will notice is that United Financial will appear in place of Assante Asset Management on your statements and other investment communications.
